- Pristine Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original PVC packaging with tags intact.
- Damaged / Incorrect Articles: In the rare event of a manufacturing flaw or wrong article dispatched, Chenab Collection provides a 100% Free Instant Replacement with zero additional delivery fee.
- Change of Mind / Color Preference: You may exchange for any other design or article. A nominal standard return courier fee of Rs. 250 applies.
